The SAFE Care Program

The SAFE Care Program assists mothers & infants with assessment, safe care plans, & recovery support. Each participant has a Care Coordinator that helps navigate DHR, Family Court, substance abuse treatment and recovery. The SAFE Care Program focuses on education, in-home services, and maternal & child health.
